Do I have to be a registered member of Spring Airlines Site to make a booking?
No, not at all. After selecting your flights online, you are offered the option of registering, signing in to your account or skipping the process. However, we encourage frequent travelers to create an account to make the booking process easier.

What classes of ticket is it possible to book online?
Spring Airlines offers only economy class tickets, though three standards of ticket are available for purchase. These tickets offer different levels of pre-flight service and flexibility at different prices. No matter which class selected, the service provided by the carrier on the aircraft will be the same.
Class A - Offers greater flexibility for canceling and altering flight plans.
Class B - Cheaper priced ticket suitable to those who do not require the flexibility of the Class A service. Passengers flying Class B receive the same great care on board, though with greater restriction on pre-flight alterations.Class C - Class C tickets offer minimal flexibility to those wishing to cancel or alter their flights.
Children Class
Spring Airlines child tickets: eligibility guidelines.
Children must be accompanied when flying upon a Spring Airlines flights. A child tickets can only be purchased in addition to the ticket of an accompanying adult.
Those under two years of age at the time of traveling are eligible for an infant ticket. Those from 2-12 years of age at the time of traveling must purchase a child ticket.
Those passengers carrying a ticket they are not eligible for will not be allowed to board and are solely responsible for expenses incurred.
Please consider your requirements carefully before purchasing.

How far in advance can I book a flight online?
The only flights that cannot be booked online are those that depart on the same day as you are searching for them. If you seek flights on the same day, we recommend that you contact our customer service department directly.
How do I know that my booking has been successful?
After the reservation has been completed, a confirmation message will appear on screen. If your attempt is unsuccessful, the system will offer the direct contact information of the customer service department, along with an explanation of why the process failed.

Is it possible to select a particular seat when booking online?
It is not possible to request a seat when booking online. Those requesting a particular seat may do so at the check-in counter.

How do I amend a flight reservation?
All passengers can manage their booking through the appropriate page on our site. Click on 'Manage your booking' for access to you account page. It is not necessary to be a registered member of the Spring Airlines website to manage your account online.
It is also possible to amend flight bookings through our customer service team. Their contact details can be found throughout the website.
To transfer to another airline, it is necessary to cancel your original flight (if a cancellation fee is incurred, your airfare will be partially refunded) and make a new flight purchase from the Spring Airlines site.
Passport number alterations:
For class A:
It is possible to alter the passport number submitted during the booking process, on one occasion and up to a maximum of five figures.
Both the Spring Airlines Counter at the airport or the Spring Airlines customer service department can help you with this alteration, although 20 RMB per ticket will be charged.
For class B:

What is the maximum number of persons I can book onto a flight at one time? At what stage does a large booking become eligible for group rates?
There is no restriction on the number of passengers, as long as tickets are available

What can I do if I fail to find the destination or flight I am seeking on the Spring Airlines website?
