Payment
Carrier passengers can book online though PayPal and Bill to Bill. Both are secure ways of transferring payment over the internet.
PayPal
Following initial booking, passengers are given 60 minutes to pay via PayPal. Bookings not paid for within that time period will be cancelled.
Instructions on how to sign up and use Paypal can be found on the website www.PayPal.com. It is a convenient and secure way to make online payments.
Please note, electronic cheques can not be used for purchasing air tickets.
Note: If either PayPal or Spring Airlines has reason to believe that the payment may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to put the reservation on hold and require another method of payment.

Due to the complicated settlement procedures between banks, there is surcharge for those paying with international-based credit cards. Please make yourself aware of surcharge amounts before paying.
How can I assure that my online payment is secure?
Firstly, Spring Airlines is a secure site. We assure that any information you submit will be strictly encrypted to protect you against unintentional information disclosure to third parties.
Moreover, we suggest you make the payment through Paypal and BilltoBill. PayPal is a safe, easy way to pay online. The service allows anyone to payment through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information with the seller.

What is the best way to pay if I am purchasing from outside the People's Republic of China?
You can pay via PayPal or BilltoBill online. If you are a PayPal member and familiar with the process, simply follow the usual steps. If you are not a member, instructions on how to sign up and use PayPal can be found on the website
Can I use my credit card? What credit cards do you accept?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards issued inside and outside China for bookings.
Receiving tickets
What is an e-ticket?
An Electronic ticket is a document that is transferred to customers in place of an old-style paper ticket. The e-ticket contains an identification number that can be supplied at the check-in desk along with your passport in place of a traditional ticket document.
Are all airline tickets now issued in the form of an e-ticket?
No. Infants are still issued with a paper ticket. Spring Airlines flights to and from Kunming also use paper tickets.
How can I get access to my itinerary?
After tickets have been issued, an electronic itinerary can be downloaded from the booking management section of your registered account on Spring Airlines Website.
Spring Airlines recommends travelers register online as members of our website. However, it is also possible for non-account holders to check their booking online.
After finalizing my booking, and downloading my itinerary, how do I get my receipt?
Receipts can be printed out at the airport, Spring Airlines Check-in Counter. It is not possible for us to deliver receipts to you prior to check-in.
What should I do if my flight is cancelled or changed by Spring Airlines?
Spring Airlines will make every effort to avoid delay or cancellation or any of failure to operate flights as scheduled. If Spring Airlines is at fault for a flight delayed for 4 hours up to 22:00, Spring Airlines will arrange a standard room with toilet facilities for all passengers that require accommodation.
If delays are not the fault of the carrier, Spring Airlines will provide all assistance possible to passengers, though not pay for meals and accommodation.
If a flight is canceled or delayed for more than 3 hours, passengers can choose to take the next Spring Airlines flight or ask for a refund without additional payment. Refunds will be paid at the point of departure.
Refunds should be claimed within thirty days. Refunds can claimed for all classes of ticket. Spring Airlines does not accept liability for circumstances or occurrences extending from delays or cancellations.

How much will it cost to change or cancel my airline ticket?
It is depends on your ticket price and the terms and conditions applied to it. Please refer to the question entitled "What is the Spring Airlines cancellation and refund policy?" on this page.
How will receive my refund in the case of a cancellation?
The method with which you are refunded will accord with the method in which you paid. Details will fall under the terms and conditions of Spring Airlines. Any charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
