What is the Flight + Hotel Package?

The Flight + Hotel Package from Spring Airlines is a new service for travelers to search and book flights and hotels together at an excellent rate. This exclusive service combines easy travel solutions with an unbeatable direct online payment function.

After I complete my booking process, how do I update my booking record?

If you have not paid for your booking, cancel and rebook the package online with your new requirements. After you have finished booking a paying for your reservation, it is only possible to update contact information. If air tickets and hotels have not been issued and confirmed, it is also possible to amend flight bookings through our customer service team.
Changing your flight, date of travel or class more than 48 hours before departure will incur extra charges.

However, altering your flight reservation more than once will incur a service fee.

To change to another airlines flight, it is necessary to cancel your original flight (if a cancellation fee is incurred, your airfare will be partially refunded) and make a new flight purchase.
What is the different between different air fare and class?
Spring Airlines offers only economy class tickets, though three standards of ticket are available for purchase. These tickets offer different levels of pre-flight service and flexibility at different prices. No matter which class selected, the service provided by the carrier on the aircraft will be the same. How to pay for a package booking?
Passengers may book online and pay through PayPal and BilltoBill. Both are recommended secure ways of transferring payment over the internet.
Payment through PayPal
Following initial booking, passengers are given 60 minutes to pay via PayPal. Bookings not paid for within that time period will be cancelled automatically upon expiration.
Instructions on how to sign up and use Paypal can be found on the website www.PayPal.com. It is a convenient and secure way to make online payments.
Please note, electronic cheques can not be used for purchasing air tickets.
Note: If either PayPal or Spring Airlines has reason to believe that the payment may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to put the reservation on hold and require another method of payment.

Payment through BilltoBill

How can I be sure that my online payment is secure?

Spring Airlines is a secure site, and any information that you submit will be strictly encrypted to protect you against unintentional information disclosure.
Moreover, we suggest you make the payment through Paypal and BilltoBill. PayPal is a safe, easy way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay through credit cards and bank/debit cards without sharing financial information with the seller.
What is the best way to pay if I am purchasing from outside the Peoples Republic of China?
You can pay via PayPal or BilltoBill online. If you are a PayPal member and familiar with the process, simply follow the usual steps. If you are not a member, instructions on how to sign up and use PayPal can be found on the website
Can I use my credit card? What credit cards do you accept?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards issued inside and outside China for bookings.

● To prevent your card from unauthorized use, BilltoBill payment platform only supports Visa cards that are officially verified by Visa. Click here to find out whether your card issuer is participating.
MasterCard
● Only MasterCard cards issued by China mainland banks outside China can be accepted as an international bank cards. If your credit card is issued by a Chinese bank on the mainland, please select 'Local Bank Card' to pay.

How do I review my reservation record?

Both members and non-members of Spring Airlines English website can check their booking record online after submitting, through the “Find your booking record" function. If you are logged into your account, you can click the ‘My package booking record' to check details.
If you want to print your confirmation document, you will be able to find the PDF file in your booking record system. You can download it and print it easily, though it is not vital for you to show this document when checking in.
Do I need to re-confirm my reservation?
Yes. After you have paid for your booking, you must check that we have re-confirmed your booking within 24 hours. Spring Airlines customer service department should confirm your booking within 24 hours. You can login your account or use the “Find your booking record" function to check whether this has taken place, although we will also contact you to re-confirm before the 24 hour period expires.
How do I check in at the hotel?
Bring your passport, or another valid ID, to the reception desk at the hotel. Please make sure the contact information you provide matches the information entered in your reservation form.
Please note the earliest check in time according to the policy of your hotel.
If you have any problems or queries relating to your booking during your stay, be sure to contact our customer service department.
How do I cancel my reservation?

If you have not paid for your booking, it is not necessary to cancel that booking. If you have paid for your booking, please click on the ‘Apply for cancellation and refund’ icon.
How long do Spring Airlines give me to pay for my booking?

After you successfully book your package, the system will give you 60 minutes to transact payment via PayPal and BilltoBill. Bookings not paid for within that time period will be cancelled.
Can I cancel either the flight or hotel booking in my package?

Yes. Spring Airlines can hold your package booking for 24 hours. If you want to cancel one part of this package, please contact us within this 24 hour period. The refund will depend on Spring Airlines’ judgment according to the company terms and conditions.
