Flights +Hotels Package Terms and Conditions

These terms for Flights + Hotels Package booking (here referred to as Packages) is based on the Terms and Conditions of Spring Airlines, and the laws, rules and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

All the flight tickets involving in Package in this website are from Spring Airlines. Click here for details.

Hotels

Spring Airlines English website is a platform for making online flight and hotel package reservations, as well as providing hotel information. Spring Airlines is an agency and not legally responsible for any issues arising between the customer and the hotel once the booking has been completed. Special requests from the customers may be fulfilled only at the discretion of the hotel and may result in extra charges. The details of the extra charges will depend on individual hotel policy.
Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in Chinese RMB.
Room rates normally exclude meals. If costs do include meals, it is not possible to discount this expense from the total cost of the reservation.
Room rates exclude extra charges and expenses such as laundry, telex, telephone calls, fax services, bar, massage expenses, etc.

Payment

Passengers may book online and pay through PayPal and BilltoBill. Both are recommended secure ways of transferring payment over the internet.

Payment through PayPal

Following initial booking, passengers are given 60 minutes to pay via PayPal. Bookings not paid for within that time period will be cancelled automatically upon expiration.
Instructions on how to sign up and use Paypal can be found on the website www.PayPal.com. It is a convenient and secure way to make online payments.
Please note, electronic cheques can not be used for purchasing air tickets.
Note: If either PayPal or Spring Airlines has reason to believe that the payment may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to put the reservation on hold and require another method of payment.

Payment through BilltoBill

Notes:

1. Visa and MasterCard (also American Express when paying via PayPal) issued outside China can be used if they are of the type with card number and name stamped onto them. Please enter your first and last name exactly as they appear on the card. Please ensure that you have registered for verification by Visa (Visa) or MasterCard Secure Code (MasterCard) if your card issuer offers these online security features.
2. Visa and MasterCard issued outside China can be used if they are of the type with card number and name stamped onto them. Please enter your first and last name exactly as they appear on the card.
3. One of the travelers in this booking must be the credit card holder. You will be required to present the card used during the purchase process whilst checking in at the airport. Passengers who fail to do so will be denied boarding or required to purchase an alternate ticket.

Confirmation

Please check your booking record after booking the flight and hotel. We will contact you to confirm payment. If at any point you wish to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible.
After you have paid for your booking, you must check that we have re-confirmed your booking within 24 hours. Spring Airlines customer service department should confirm your booking with 24 hours. You can login your account or use the “Find your booking record" function to check whether this has taken place, although we will also contact you to re-confirm before the 24 hour period expires.
Please note, RE-CHECK your booking – even after payment - to be sure your flight ticket and hotel has been reserved.

Hotels Check in

Spring Airlines is not legally responsible for any issues arising between the customer and the hotel once the booking has been completed. Regardless, Spring Airlines English customer service department will assist customers in any way possible should problems occur.

1. Please check in at the hotel using the name of the designated contact person. Please note that if the name used in reserving the room does not match that of the person checking in, it may not be possible to take your room.
2. It is recommended that you always bring valid identity documents, specifically your passport, to check in at your hotel. Depending on the specific requirements of the hotel, it may not be possible to take your room if you have not brought valid identification.
3. Please observe the hotel check in regulations. For failed check in, early check-in or late check-out, between one half and on day room rate may be charged.
4. Initial price paid includes room rate only, and does not include additional services. All costs are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.
5. Depending on individual hotel policy, there is no guarantee that additional space will be available for guests without reservations. Spring Airlines can not guarantee availability of specifically requested rooms or services.

Alteration of booking

Any changes on Spring Airlines flights involving the package will be settled in accordance with the terms and conditions of Spring Airlines.

Before payment

Alteration processes for package bookings are dependent on which package has been booked.
To change the flight booking only, or to change both flight and hotel, it is most convenient to cancel and re-book your reservation. To change hotel, please notify us via your online booking record. You can find it through your account or booking record searching function. It is a simple and direct way of contacting our customer service department.

After payment

To alter your package booking after payment, please contact the Spring Airlines customer service department. Any alterations of the package maybe will lead the total amount payment of booking being changed depending on relevant regulations. Any changes to price will be confirmed by the Spring Airlines customer service department. Customers should be ask for the balance and margin or be refund. Alterations will not be charged the handling fee.

Cancellation of booking

Spring Airlines does not allow a partial cancellation of a package booking. Both flight and accommodation will be cancelled simultaneously.
If you have not paid for your booking, it is not necessary to cancel that booking.

After payment

If you have paid for your booking, please click on the ‘Apply for cancellation and refund’ icon which can be found through your account or booking record to begin the process.
The amount of the fee which will be charged will be calculated as follows:
Flights
Flights being cancelled will incur costs under the terms and conditions of Spring Airlines.
Hotels
Cancellations made over 48 hours of 2pm on the arranged check in date will incur no penalty other than a RMB 50/person handling fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of 2pm on the arranged check in date will incur the cost of a single night’s room charge for all rooms reserved in your booking. There will also be an additional RMB 50/person handling fee.

Please note, in special conditions, peak periods, special holidays, etc. the rules of alteration and cancellation may be changed without notice. Spring Airlines reserves the right of final decision for the final cost of bookings and fees.
